EV Home Charger (SOUTHEAST) Limited Returns Policy
Cancellation Rights
You can cancel your order and are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If you wish to cancel for a full refund, please call us or email info@evhomechargeruk.co.uk as soon as reasonably practical.
You must ship the items back in the condition they arrived in.
Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund for the EV charger, not including the shipping costs which must be funded by the customer.
If you cancel within the 14-day window, but the product has already been installed by EV Home Charger (SOUTHEAST) Limited, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the return visit, removal of the EV charger and any lost value in the goods from the refund total.
Returns and Replacements
Please contact us no later than 14 days after receipt of the product if you would like to return a product.
EV Home Charger (SOUTHEAST) Limited will handle returns and replacements of products purchased directly from us through the same courier service used for the initial shipment. If you use a different shipping service, EV Home Charger (SOUTHEAST) Limited is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the products.
Returns will be at the buyer’s expense unless the product is faulty. If the product is returned as faulty, please provide a full description of the fault. A refund will be issued subject to testing.
If you purchased the Product from a different vendor, you must contact them for returns, replacements, and refunds.
Please include either a copy of the invoice we supplied with the order number and full name and address of the purchaser when returning items.
Product Condition
Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging along with all included accessories and fittings. EV Home Charger (SOUTHEAST) Limited may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
If you purchased the product directly from EV Home Charger (SOUTHEAST) Limited and it is eligible for return, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to the same payment method of the initial transaction. The refund will be for the purchase price of the product, minus any return shipping costs and a 5% re-stocking surcharge.
Replacements
If a product purchased from and installed through EV Home Charger (SOUTHEAST) Limited develops a fault and it needs to be returned or replaced, EV Home Charger (SOUTHEAST) Limited will cover the cost of removal and replacement. The replacement Product will also be under warranty for the remaining term of the original warranty.
If the product is found to be faulty or damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement, repair or a refund.
Exclusions
EV Home Charger (SOUTHEAST) Limited will not accept returns or offer replacements for products that are damaged due to:
- Improper use
- Exposure to unsuitable conditions
- Incorrect installation by unauthorised installers
- Vandalism, bad weather, or damage to the user’s own electricity supply
Warranty
Our products carry different warranty periods. Please check the product when making a warranty claim.
